The Executive Mentorship Program
Frequently Asked Questions
If you're interested in getting involved with the BSA's Executive Mentorship Program, take a look at these frequently asked questions to find out more about the program and its benefits.
What is the Executive Mentorship Program?
This program is developed to get 1st and 2nd year Faculty of Business students who are interested in being involved within their Faculty, but are unsure of how to do so. Each mentee will meet with each member of the BSA Executive team separately to discuss their experiences within the BSA and FOBSC and what their positions entail.
When does it take place?
During the first week after Christmas break, there will be an initial meeting where all mentees and mentors get to meet one another and discuss the timeline for the rest of the program. For the next six weeks, each mentee will meet one-on-one with one of the executive members of the BSA. These meetings will run between 1 to 2 hours long each.
Why should you apply?
As mentioned, this program will provide those students who are interested in being involved with a platform of how to do this and an idea of the different ways then can get involved. Next, these positions could lead to future positions within the BSA or other FOBSC clubs as they have in the past. Finally, it will add to your volunteer experience which will contribute to building your resume.
